Apartamento La Mar, Arona

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Apartamento La Mar in Arona. The key collection was very easy and convenient, using a code for the key box located by the entrance door. The apartment also has a private parking space in the garage under the building, which was a big advantage. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including a microwave, coffee machine, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well, and the location was very practical — around 10–15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment, ideal for exploring the area.

We’ve stayed in many places over the years, but we’ve never had a host who was so caring, attentive, and helpful — often without us even having to ask. The apartment was impeccable and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything you need is there, making the stay comfortable and effortless. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Lucia is very organized, and all the information you need is clearly documented. It’s the perfect place to stay while exploring the island.

Positive: O apartamento é espetacular, tem tudo aquilo que é necessário e está decorado com muito bom gosto. Extremamente limpo e agradável. Dispõe também de um lugar de garagem, o que é extremamente confortável. Negative: A localização não é ótima. A zona não é a mais bonita e não tem nas proximidades muitos restaurantes, nomeadamente, pelo que implicava sempre deslocação de carro.

Positive: Absolutely loved this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and smelled so fresh from the moment we walked in. The owner is a very nice and friendly person who made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again!
