Highly recommended place. Positive: The host was really friendly, helpful with quick response for any enquiry since the date of booking. The apartman is in a quiet area. I have never had so clean and well equipped accommodation during my holiday in the past. The apartman is furnished as a home with comfortable bed,a kitchen equipped with everything you need for even a longer stay. If you like hiking you can start it even from your door. There is a safe garage for your rented car which you need if you go around the island. I can recommend Cicar company to rent a car in advance with fair price. You can reach Los Christianos within 15 minutes or Puerto Colon even earlier. I highly recommend this accommodation. Negative: I can't mention any negative regarding to the accommodation.

Pleasant stay in Tenerife Positive: The apartment has everything that one could think of for a pleasant stay. It was very comfortable for our group of four and a good base for exploring the island. The self check-in process was quick and easy. Negative: The communication with the property was somewhat confusing as some generic messages came via Booking with questions that I already answered previously to the property owner.

Positive: Struttura davvero molto bella e pulitissima. Accogliente in un quartiere tranquillo e locale, abitavano per la maggior parte persone del posto quindi molto tranquillo. Lucia, la proprietaria, molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Appartamento situato a 10 minuti in macchina dai luoghi più turistici (los cristianos, las americas e costa adeje).

Perfect stay in Tenerife Positive: A lot! It’s a new house with great amenities, including a big TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is also very convenient for visiting both Mount Teide and the beach. Lucia is very friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have.
